Obituary for Etta Belle Pendergraft

Etta Belle Pendergraft went to be with her Lord on Monday, May 29, 2017, surrounded by her family.  She was a homemaker, mother, wife, and precious friend to many.  She attended Salem Country Church, Red Oak II, in Carthage, Missouri.   Etta Belle was born on December 23, 1930 to Lloyd and Opal (Lough) Mason in Medoc, Missouri.  Preceding her in death were her parents, a sister and two brothers.  She married Eldon Pendergraft on July 20, 1947 and he preceded her in death on February 19, 2012 after 64 ½ years of marriage.  Surviving are a son Marvin Pendergraft and wife Lana of Chanute, Kansas, a daughter Jane Clark and husband Don of Stark City a son Jerry Pendergraft and wife Bonnie of Springfield, Missouri and a brother Harold Mason of Nashville, Missouri.  Etta Belle has 11 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City with Tim Darch officiating.  The family will be present for visitation on Thursday at the funeral home from 1:00 PM to the time of the service.  Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.  Services are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City.  Visit www.simpsonfh.com for online condolences.
