Obituary for Edna M. Dale

Edna M. Dale age 91 of Carthage, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at St. Luke’s Nursing Center in Carthage.  She was born in Neosho, Missouri on July 17, 1927 to James Bowling and Vernie (Hoover) Bowling.  Edna was a waitress as a young lady, and then went into in home health care for many years.  She is survived by her sister, Juanita McDaniels of Joplin; brothers, Lloyd Bowling of California, Henry Bowling of Granby, Roy Bowling of Pittsburg, Kansas; along with several nieces and nephews.  A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 11:30 AM at Belfast Cemetery.  The family will be present for a visitation on Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City.  The family would like to thank St. Luke’s Nursing Center for all the care and compassion they gave to Edna while she was a resident there.  Services are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City.  Visit www.simpsonfh.com for online condolences.
